Pastor John reviews our basic calling to be salt and light to the world. Knowing salt is a preservative for food, believers acting as salt preserve in a decaying world that which is moral, righteous, principled and transformative. Sadly, the church has lost its flavor, and its light and its influence is marginalized in current times.
Pastor John reiterates that this message has already been preached many times in the past but he wanted to highlight past revelations. Jesus didn’t start a religion He birthed a Kingdom. The church was meant to be embassadors, representing God in all the realms. We are reminded of our responsibilities to engage the world not just for ourselves but for others, holding the Enemy at bay and bringing the world the answer. Jesus is the answer!
