Join in for Part 2 of “I Already Said That”. Looking at the Parable of the Laborers, Pastor John asks us to ask which laborer are we? Are we the 1st shift hired at 6 am that work all day for a day’s wages only to be angry at the Householder for a perceived injustice or are we the last shift hired that only worked an hour but received the same reward?
Pastor John discusses fairness in God’s Kingdom. Humans tend to believe they are good and deserve good and compare themselves to others. But we are sinners deserving hell but God is supremely fair offering grace and mercy to everyone. Fairness in the Kingdom is found in the Justice of Jesus.
