In the third installment of the buckets of life, Pastor John reinforces the idea that this message should be taken as a table talk. We are just a bunch of people sitting around the table and throwing some ideas around. We know there is a war on traditional values with regards to marriage and parenting. How do we counter that?
Pastor John tells us that the Bible does not provide instruction on marriage and parenting per se, but instead teaches us about the roles of husbands and wives. The Bible is filled with with much instruction for husbands and wives, that if we embrace the roles God intended for us, we will be in a position to reap benefits in marriage and parenting.
